1. Website information and booking

Engle Haven’s website shares information, photos, amenities, and answers about the cabin. Reservations are managed by Compass Vacation Properties. This website does not take reservation payments. Sending an enquiry or selecting a booking link does not reserve dates or confirm a stay.

Availability, rates, taxes, fees, payment schedules, cancellation and refund terms, damage charges, and travel insurance options must be confirmed through the booking provider before you pay. Review Compass’s Terms & Conditions and the terms presented for your particular reservation. If a summary on this website differs from your accepted booking agreement, the agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

2. Important information for your stay

  • Occupancy: Engle Haven accommodates up to 12 guests. Follow the occupancy and visitor limits in your reservation agreement.
  • Booking age: Compass’s published terms currently require the reserving guest to be at least 21 years old and provide identification. Confirm the requirements for your reservation with Compass.
  • Arrival and departure: Standard check-in begins at 4 p.m.; check-out is by 10 a.m. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation and arrange any requested exception with Compass in advance.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted. Contact Compass about any accommodation required by applicable law.
  • Smoking and vaping: Engle Haven is a non-smoking, non-vaping rental. Follow the restrictions in your rental agreement.
  • Gatherings: Follow the rental agreement’s restrictions on parties, events, noise, and visitors. Respect the cabin, neighboring properties, and the maximum occupancy.
  • Steps and access: The cabin has stairs and is not step-free. Some mountain roads are steep. Review our arrival and access FAQs and discuss your needs with Compass before booking.

Our FAQs explain the kitchen supplies, linens, towels, family amenities, and other details that help you plan. Contact Compass for reservation-specific questions, check-in assistance, or maintenance during a stay.

3. Amenities and safety

Follow the house instructions, posted rules, and equipment guidance when using the pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, steam shower, red light features, fireplaces, and other amenities. An adult must supervise children around water and equipment. Do not dive into the pool. Spa amenities are intended for recreation and relaxation; descriptions on this website are not medical advice or promises of health benefits.

Contact Compass promptly if equipment is not working or you notice a safety concern. Maintenance, utility interruptions, weather, and other circumstances can affect amenities. Any remedies or refund questions are handled under your rental agreement and applicable law. For an immediate emergency, call 911.

4. Photos, descriptions, and travel estimates

We aim to keep cabin information accurate. Furnishings, supplies, services, and the surrounding landscape can change; photos show the property when photographed. Distances and drive times are estimates and vary with traffic, weather, and road conditions. Confirm any feature essential to your stay before booking. Reporting an error through our Contact page helps us correct it.

5. Using this website

You may browse the website, share links, and use its information to plan a stay. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, send spam or malicious material, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not send payment card details, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive medical information through the enquiry form or ordinary email.

The website’s photos, videos, branding, and original text belong to Engle Haven or their respective rights holders. Apart from uses permitted by law, obtain permission before reproducing or using them commercially.

Links to Compass, booking platforms, attractions, and other websites are provided for your convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and content are outside our control. Review their policies before making a booking or providing personal information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles enquiries and technical information. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Visiting this website does not create a rental agreement or waive your rights concerning a stay.
