Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.
Payment terms will be provided during the booking process. Any remaining balance must be paid before your arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Applicable taxes and fees will be included where required.
Cancellation policies are outlined during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeframe and the terms agreed to at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Engle Haven accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.

Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure.
Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items are identified after checkout.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
Pets are permitted only if expressly approved during the booking process and must comply with the property’s pet policy.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.
Unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
Guests are welcome to enjoy all available amenities, including the spa retreat, hot tub, game room, theatre, and outdoor spaces.
Guests use all amenities at their own risk and should follow any posted instructions and safety guidelines.
While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, Engle Haven is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during your stay, except where required by applicable law.
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of members of their party.
Engle Haven shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management, guest communication, and legal obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.
